Although life had plans that took Kash in a different direction, he never lost his love for music and has found his way back into the culture. Kash was born in 1983 in Lower East Side/Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn. As a New-York native, he dug into hip-hop after being thrust into the culture by his father who introduced Kash to Big Daddy Kane, KRS-One, and countless other East Coast Rap LEGENDS during his formative years. Initially, he released numerous mixtapes as a teenager under the moniker Kash Killa. Then, between 2006-2010, he ran with Military Mindz Music. He and his team put out the “Double M” mixtape working alongside T-Hunt and Black Ceasar. Shortly after 2010, Kash left music to further pursue his professional goals serving his country as a member of the United States Air Force. After 20 years of service to his nation, Kash has returned to his first love: Hip-Hop, and now goes by his new moniker, “Kash Flow.” Wiser now, Kash is now dropping gems with a style enriched with elite lyricism, passion, and a gift for bridging the generational gaps.
